Montessori education is an educational approach developed by our Italian physician and educator Maria Montessori. It is and characterized by an emphasis on independence, freedom within limits, and respect for a child's natural psychological, physical, and social development. In RGHSS the Montessori training is given by play way technique tenderly. Here child blooms by discovering himself in the informal teaching environment.
The proper learning by way of activities with materials, under expert guidance of Montessori trained teachers.
For imparting education at these levels we have expert hands and able minds. The teaching technique is so logical and conceptual that the students easily understand the concepts.
To enhance the quality of education and increase the general awareness various competitions like debate, quiz extempore are held which help the students to excel in every field.
Audio-visual aids, models, charts, diagrams, specimens, etc. are used to enhance the quality of teaching. Students are also taken on educational trips to places in and around Bhopal to encourage curiosity and increase their general awareness.
The school remains in touch with parents to seek their co-operation for proper development and growth of the child through PTM.
Parents Teacher Meet give the parents a chance to meet the teachers and to know about their ward. They get proper feedback by the teachers which helps them to assist their child.
The guidance and counselling cell with an active counsellor guides and motivates students towards positive thinking.

Curriculum
RGHSS follows Montessori Method of teaching in Pre-primary which is informal and conducive to the growth of the young minds. Our teachers are trained in Bangalore/ Hyderabad to ensure efficiency of Montessori teaching methodology. The school is affiliated to CBSE, Delhi. At 10+2 level, a student may opt for Science, Arts and Commerce streams with multiple choices of many optional subjects. Following are the various streams offered by the school :
Optional subjects are Computer Science, Physical Education for all streams and Mathematics (for Commerce and Biology streams).
